Day 2 : Workshops on digital tools and material development

Participants engaged in hands-on sessions with Instagram, TikTok, and Canva, practicing how to create and refine educational materials through small group work and practical exercises. Some of us discovered we knew more than expected, while others realized they needed more practice – but for everyone, it was a valuable and fun learning experience.
The day ended with a warm social evening: a joint dinner, tasting traditional Macedonian dishes, and getting to know the local culture in a relaxed atmosphere full of laughter and good energy. One participant shared: “I never imagined TikTok and Instagram could be useful for NGOs – now I see it as a creative way to reach learners.”

Day 3 : Inclusive and accessible approaches to digital learning and organisational development

The final day began with a Steering Committee coordination meeting, where partners discussed next steps in project implementation and exchanged ideas for future Erasmus+ cooperation.

After that, we focused on strengthening organisational capacity through digital project management tools (monday.com) and building a strong online presence with a modern website. A special emphasis was placed on making digital literacy education accessible and inclusive for vulnerable adults, including refugees, single parents, and people with disabilities, while also addressing challenges such as low literacy levels, limited access to technology, and cultural differences.
